The Ford will release a new sports car, this time the event will be presented at New York International Auto Show 2011 in this month end. The original partnership between Ford and Shelby American founder Carroll Shelby ended in 1969. Ford and Shelby entered into a new agreement in 2003 that has produced a new line of high-performance Shelby Mustangs. Some of the cars are built by Ford Motor Co. and others built at the Shelby American factory in Las Vegas.

Shelby American has a rich history at the New York International Auto Show,” said John Luft, president of Shelby American. “The very first Shelby car was introduced there in 1962, as well as the 1968 and 2008 Shelby GT500KR and the 2006 Shelby Hertz GT-H. This year, we’re returning with one of the most powerful and important Shelbys ever built.”

In the year 2003, Ford Company has signed an agreement with the Las Vegas Car Company named Shelby American Inc. Based on this agreement, the 2012 Ford Shelby GT500 Super Snake model is built by the Shelby American Inc company. Opting for the Shelby GT500 Super Snake package includes an extensive list of changes to the standard GT500, ranging from cosmetic to truly performance minded parts. Power starts at a measly 750 horsepower and can be upgraded to 800 horsepower, same as the 2011 model, with a Kenne Bell supercharger tune upgrade.

In the interim, at least with a 2012 Ford Sport Cars Mustang Shelby GT500 Super Snake 800 horsepower Mustang to rocket around in, those who can afford it can have a lot of fun while challenges to the economy and finances of the United States are resolved. Driving around in a 2012 Ford Sport Cars Mustang Shelby GT500 Super Snake should be an exhilarating enough experience to ward off, at least while burning up the road, any problems such as paying $8.00 - $10 a gallon for gasoline.

Green GT Sport Cars - Eco Friendly Racing Car

Green GT Sport Cars - Eco Friendly Racing Car
All this time, fast machine in the world of racing is always identical with the lavishly fuel machinery. But Green GT seems to want to change that paradigm by creating an environmentally friendly race car or Eco Friendly car. well it seems that day by day eco friendly vehicle becomes trends. One of the latest and most radically eco-friendly auto companies to have emerged from Switzerland is Green GT. The new carmaker have come up with a solar power based tire warmer called the Sunny Green Box just a couple of months ago which will be utilized in car racing and are presently working to produce the most potent and forward-looking electric race car ever produced, named the Green GT.
This car manufacturer from Switzerland introduced the GT at the Ecole Polytechnique Greent de Lausanne, Switzerland. Green racing car is armed by the electric motor is even racing cars already meet the standards set by the FIA. "Developed and manufactured in Switzerland, Green GT showed that electric cars can offer the same level of performance with other cars that use internal combustion engines," said Greent GT.
Green GT Sport Cars - Eco Friendly Racing Car
The Green GT Sport Cars - Eco Friendly Racing Car first design study is excitedly showcased by Car Platform. Thomas Clavet, the young French designer, was commissioned by the Swiss company from the ISD Valencienne design school. The design study of Green GT sets the direction the company will be taking in its future designs. Green GT cars are radical not only because they are electric vehicles, but also because they will come with radical designs. Key to Green GT Sport Cars - Eco Friendly Racing Car is competitive electric race car are both low weight and high power.
The body Green GT Sport Cars - Eco Friendly Racing Car is made from lightweight carbon materials with composite chassis that make this car weighs only 980 kg. Of the two electric motors, Green GT is capable of producing power up to 450-500 hp in the rotation torque of 2400 Nm. Green GT Sport Cars - Eco Friendly Racing Car although relatively efficient in fuel consumption, you can't underestimate the ability and speed of Green GT Because this car can still run fast.
Green GT Sport Cars - Eco Friendly Racing Car’s vicious power stored in lithium ion polymer batteries developed specifically for high-performance electric car. In addition, this vehicle is also equipped with a set of solar panels that are used to search for additional staff.

Nuna5 Race Car Solar Powered Vehicle

Nuna5 Race Car Solar Powered Vehicle
Aiming to have their fifth trophy in the World Solar Challenge, students from Delft University just recently unveiled their sleek and futuristic solar-powered racing vehicle, the Nuna5. To design and build a car capable of crossing Australia on the silent power of nature comprehends the most innovative research and development trends in alternative transport technologies. The World Solar Challenge is one the most prestigious events of its kind and attracts the worlds best Technical Universities and Colleges. One of the most exciting outcomes of the Solar Challenge is to know that the technologies being used are most likely to find their way into the production cars of tomorrow.
Nuna1 and  Nuna2
The Nuna 5 is the newest in the Nuna series solar-powered racing car built by the Dutch Nuon Solar Team. In October 2009, Nuna 5 ran second, in a field of twenty-five, in the World Solar Challenge in Australia. It completed the 3021 km (1,877 mile) race in 32 hours 38 minutes, having an average speed of 91.9 km/h (57.1 miles/h).
Nuna3 and  Nuna4
For starters, the high-tech, low-rolling-resistance tires used in years past are out, and regular street tires are in thanks to a rules change. This means more drag, which means lower overall efficiency, which means the teams have to work harder to maximize range. Still, the team says Nuna 5 offers 10 times less rolling resistance than your typical family car.
Nuna5 Race Car Solar Powered Vehicle
The Nuna5 Race Car Solar Powered Vehicle is not quite 16 feet long and just under 3 feet tall. Like it’s predecessor, Nuna 4, it is covered in 6 square meters — about 65 square feet — of gallium-arsenide photovoltaic cells. There are 2,120 of them in all. Naturally there is a lithium-polymer battery — though the team didn’t disclose how big it is — to store energy collected by the PV cells. It also has the nifty performance advantage of supplying an extra bit of current for boosts in speed when needed, sort like the “push to pass” kinetic energy recovery systems Formula 1 has been experimenting with. The power flows to a hub-mounted motor that the team says is 97 percent efficient, and the car is brought to a halt with carbon-ceramic disc brakes and regenerative braking.
Nuna5 Race Car Solar Powered Vehicle
Delft University recently unveiled a sleek solar-powered vehicle that they hope will score them their fifth trophy in the World Solar Challenge race. Dubbed the Nuna5, the vehicle is entirely propelled by the sun’s rays, and is designed to cross one of the most difficult terrains on the planet, the Australian outback.
Nuna5 Race Car Solar Powered Vehicle
Delft University has a lot to prove, and they look ready for the challenge. Like its predecesor the Nuna4, the vehicle is covered in 6 square meters of solar panels and comes equipped with a battery used for storing excess electricity (which can be used to give a little bit of extra juice for a tad more speed). The car’s weight has been reduced by 30 kilos compared against the previous model, for a total of 160 kilos.
Nuna5 Race Car Solar Powered Vehicle
Delft won the Solar Challenge last time around, covering the distance in 33 hours flat at an average speed of 56.46 mph. It’s a pretty car the Nuna5 Race Car Solar Powered Vehicle , no two ways about that. It looks like a pool table that’s been through the Pininfarina wind tunnel, but the real beauty is more than skin deep. The tech is, as one would expect, as gorgeous to the mind as the shape is to the eye.
